How does POWR Couple Fitness's 1-ON-1 Training Services Work?
• We are an online and in-person (Miami, FL based) 1-ON-1 Personal Training service that creates customized meal and workout plans to fit your overall wellness and body goals. Each plan includes an hour phone consultation to create an Action Plan to create structure and stability in your personal life, a customized workout program and meal plan, an invite to our app and exclusive members only Facebook Group and so much more!! Each client is thoroughly assessed before starting and Weekly check-ins will be required as part of your program.
How is PCF a 2 for 1 Coaching Program?
• You receive 2 Coaches for the price of ONE! Yari is a Nutritional Advisor and Wellness Coach, and CJ is a PCF Expert Personal Trainer. We brought our skills together to create the ultimate nutrition, wellness, and fitness experience for you!
What are PCF's Customized Programs? Can programs be combined?
• You may choose from the following programs: Fat Burn/Weight-Loss, Muscle Building/Weight Gain, Sculpting/Shredding, Booty/Fit-Thick. Yes, programs may be combined to fit your ultimate goals at no additional cost!
How do I know which plan is best for me?
• Keep in mind each plan will be customized to fit your specific needs and goals but choosing the correct plan is important to get the results you are looking for. On your consultation call, we will discuss and dive deeper to establish your ultimate goals together!
Will I lose weight with PCF Fat Burn/Weight-loss Program?
• If your goal is to lose weight, Yes! We will make sure you are in a caloric deficit and pair it with the Fat Burn/Weight-Loss program where you'll see progress/results within your first 30 days!
Do I get 1:1 access to Coach Yari & Coach CJ?
• Yes! You will receive 1-ON-1 Coaching from Yari and CJ! We believe in partnership for a successful journey, therefore we pride ourselves in building rapport directly with our clients to establish an amazing experience! Communication is provided via email, TrueCoach DM, phone and text messaging!
How long do I have to access the program?
• You may commit to the following terms: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months. Your account will remain active throughout your training term and deactivated upon a failed payment.
When will I start?
• As soon as you decide, commit, and submit payment, your on boarding process begins immediately! You will receive tools and steps to help you get physically and mentally prepared for your transformative journey! We require each client a week of preparation for thorough assessment prior to starting training day 1!
Is this coaching service right for me?
• Are you stuck in a funk? Do you have pre-existing health conditions that calls for immediate lifestyle changes? Do you want show up each day and feel your very best? Do you need support, accountability, and guidance to properly sustain healthy lifestyle changes? Do you want to save money on weight loss surgery or BBLs? Do you want community support?

Do I have to join a gym to participate in this program?
• No, we offer home workout alternatives that can be done without gym access.
Are the online training sessions LIVE?
• We offer 1-ON-1 live virtual training experience with Coach CJ, via zoom, sold at an additional cost.
What if I do not eat meat or require a special diet, may I still partake in this service? Yes! •We offer vegan, pescatarian, diabetic, IBS, alkaline, diets for diverticulosis and more!
May I do both online and in-person training?
• Yes! You may be a online and in-person client at the same time! If you are a local Floridian, we are accepting in-person clients for up to 1-3 sessions per week!
I’m injured/have an existing condition or a mental health disorder; can I still do this program?
• If you have clearance by your medical doctor, we are happy to be considerate of your past injuries and provide you with alternative exercises and modified workouts.
May I partake in this program if I am breast-feeding or pregnant?
• We always recommend you read and analyze the information we provide with a medical professional prior to joining our program. We rely on your healthcare professional’s expert opinion to determine whether or not this program is for you.
If I had weight loss surgery, such as Gastric Bypass, is this plan for me?
• Yes! We create customized meal plans for any dietary restrictions or conditions. You will also receive a workout program to cater to your body goals!
What is the refund policy?
• Please be aware of our purchase policy that states: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Since our services are customized to fit your body and specific health goals, you will be purchasing an intangible service that is Non-refundable at any time.
Your membership will only be active for the duration you initially enrolled in. Your physical training plan begins post-prep week, Week 1 Day 1. To re-do a training week, there is a $50 surcharge (unless physically incapable if an injury or illness occurs).
Please note: Membership Cancellations, Pause/Freeze, or any payment related changes must be directly communicated via info@powrcouplefitness or via text (201) 699-7711 and with a minimum of 15-days prior to payment date.
PAUSE/FREEZE MEMBERSHIP:
Pausing of a membership with an installment payment plan- you must provide a minimum of 15-days advance notice. You have the option to pause/freeze your membership for a maximum duration of up to 30 days. Memberships with an installment payment plan must process a freeze fee of $15.00 to pause/freeze the account. Any membership paused longer than 30 days will become dormant (inactive) and the account will be forced into cancellation. Clients must process a cancellation fee of $350 to override the automatic collection of the initial membership fee to cancel the contract.
CANCEL MEMBERSHIP:
Cancellations of a membership with an installment payment plan- you must provide a minimum of 15-days advanced notice and process a one-time cancellation fee of $350 to override automatic payment collection of the membership fee and to cancel the contract.
Please note: Memberships that are PAID IN FULL may be paused for a duration of 1 month and canceled with NO fees associated. If a client pauses longer than 1 month, the membership will remain active for a maximum duration of 6 months. If the client returns post 6 months term, the membership has expired and the customer must lock into a new term.
PCF Money Back Guarantee offer is only valid upon the following agreement:
Client must complete the transformation program duration in it's entirety to qualify for money back guarantee. Client must incorporate meal plan, tools, and recommended resources provided. Client is expected and is responsible to submit “CLIENT CHECK IN PORTAL” upon assigned (on a bi-weekly basis), complete and mark workouts as completed in TrueCoach, thoroughly communicate and reserve Bi-weekly Accountability calls, respond to messages via Truecoach DM, Text, Email. If client follows all program guidelines and does not make any physical progress after completing the program, PCF will provide a full refund.
